Meet Coaches

Monica Jonsson is Founder of CoachDynamix™ S.A. - Luxembourg's first established and leading coaching company specialised in first-rate executive coaching services. She is an Executive Coach with a Master in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).

Executive Coaching is positive and professional talent development and as such enhances the performance of valued executives. Monica's mission is to inspire greatness in people and support them to succeed. It is her view that coaching is essentially about "winning your game". She works with corporate clients to help them significantly increase their awareness, performance and focus in reaching their goals faster than they would do on their own.

Monica brings 20 years solid business experience to the CoachDynamix™ Practice. Prior to becoming a coach in 2002, she worked in the corporate world mainly in senior management positions for companies such as Telia, HongKong Telecom, MACH and IBM. Her experience covers a wide range of areas including; Management Consulting, Marketing, Sales, General Management, Business Development and Supplier Management. She has continuously worked in an international environment, being based in Sweden, Hong Kong and Luxembourg. This comprehensive experience has given her a profound and good understanding of the challenges that both executives and organisations are faced with.

Being genuinely interested in people, professional and personal development, starting her own coaching practice was a natural step for her.

Monica holds a degree in economics from the University of Stockholm. She has received her coaching training and certification from UK's leading coach and NLP trainers and she is accredited by the European Coaching Institute (ECI).
